L3250 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the l3250 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the l3250 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and l3250 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full l3250 experience, you are required to register an account with accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. l3250 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. • Providing false registration information may result in immediate account termination.

3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All transactions on the l3250 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). l3250 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian local payment methods, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Touch 'n Go eWallet. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change from time to time.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance once confirmation is processed. l3250 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors. For deposit-related issues, contact support with proof of transaction.

Withdrawals will be processed only to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the user's name. l3250 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal for compliance and security purposes. All bonuses and winnings are subject to rollover requirements stated separately.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

As an l3250 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or l3250's operations:

• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Registering an account using another person's information or a false identity.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Sharing your login credentials with any other party.
• Abusing the bonus system or promotional offers in ways that violate the stated terms and conditions.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freeze, and legal action where applicable.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

L3250 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or game outcomes. The platform may experience technical downtime from time to time for maintenance or system upgrades, and l3250 is not liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

L3250 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, terms violations, or activities that threaten platform security. Such decisions are final and not subject to appeal within 14 calendar days from the date of notice.

Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons (not due to a user violation), any verified cash balance will be returned to the user via a mutually agreed method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments

All content on the l3250 platform — including logos, interfaces, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of l3250 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from l3250.

This platform may contain links to third-party services or content. l3250 has no control over such third-party content and is not liable for any loss or disruption arising from the use of third-party services.

L3250 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
